have any of you ran before you started Atkins and if so did you notice that you had more energy or a different kind of energy after being in ketosis

I have done both and for the first 2 weeks of running I won't lie I was tired as heck I didn't even want to run but, then, my body switched over to using the ketones for running and it was amazing I could run a long time and not get tired. I didn't need the energy gels and such cause my body was adapted to using my fat for energy and not relying on a quick fix.
To start out it's hard really but, once you get there the energy is endless.
