Ok I know somethings GOT to be on the horizon for me here....
I have been 100% perfect with my eating....keeping carbs at level, calories at or around 1200....I have hit the gym HARD..I mean like I am going to puke, sweat pouring...you know
...and drinking water.... But no loss....I mean not even an inch...
Now I know a week isnt much..but my body took all of March off too...I have had one week of losing since Feb....
So....tell me with all the exercise that I retaining water or something and I should see a Loss of something soon ?? ( I mean I'd be happy with a 1 lbs loss here :<)
I am totally ready for the jopurney; its just nice to know your at least heading down the right path right?
