  • Please reassure me here...:<)

Ok I know somethings GOT to be on the horizon for me here....

I have been 100% perfect with my eating....keeping carbs at level, calories at or around 1200....I have hit the gym HARD..I mean like I am going to puke, sweat pouring...you know ...and drinking water.... But no loss....I mean not even an inch...
Now I know a week isnt much..but my body took all of March off too...I have had one week of losing since Feb....
So....tell me with all the exercise that I retaining water or something and I should see a Loss of something soon ?? ( I mean I'd be happy with a 1 lbs loss here :<)

I am totally ready for the jopurney; its just nice to know your at least heading down the right path right?

I'll let the experts weigh in, but with that much exercise your calories are way too low. Your body is going to hang onto every pound.

I'd up the calories for a couple of weeks and see what happens.

I agree your calories are too low and will either cause less weight loss and/or muscle loss. That aside I think something is a matter with what your eating if your not seeing any results at all even with exercise.

Rest days are also as important as working out! When I stall, I tend to start things back up by going "clean" natural whole induction foods, pure water only as well. Hope this helps? Good luck!

Glad you found the answer and your losses started up again. Kudos to you for hitting the gym hard. Isn't it great that you get to eat more to lose, as well!?!
