Hello all you wonderful people! I need some advice... I am running a 10K this weekend.. I will, however only be one week into my induction. I am heavy, but I do run and intend to run the whole thing.
Is this a good idea? Would it be a bad idea to eat a cup or two more veggies the day before? I am concerned because I have had a hard time getting through a power yoga video.
I have completly stopped training for the sprint triathlon I am running in August until I can have more carbs. This is a good thing, I know, because the extra 40lbs I'm carrying is horrible for my knees and ankles. If I can even trim down 10 lbs I know I will be avoiding some serious injury during more strenuous training.
Any ideas...?
