I'm bidding on power 90 as I type this. But the price has hit the same price it would be from beach body directly. Now I have heard some horror stories about BB customer service and am nervous to give them my CC. Would you say it is worth it to pay a little extra to get a new kit from another vender or are the customer service problems pretty rare?

i bought turbo jam from beach body directly and i was lucky because i only heard of all the horror stories after i bought it but luckily i had no problems.
The only thing i found were there phone reps to be very pushy trying to get you to buy everything they sell.Diana

I didn't have any problems with BB customer service. My DVDs arrived when promised. I do agree...the phone reps are very pushy. Your best bet would be to order online. That way, you don't need to talk to anyone!45 ~ F

I too was going to suggest ordering online, it's a verisign secured site so the transaction has security...I know alot of people are afraid to order online, but as long as a site is secured (they will usually tell youthe company that they're secured by at the bottom of the check out screen), it's just as safe as online ordering, and much faster.
