Is it better to do cardio and strength training on the same day or to alternate? I was planning on either doing 40 minutes of elliptical M,W, and F and strength on T and Th, or just doing both M,W, and F. Which is more effective? Thanks!

if you time permits it.....do the monday/wednesday/friday routine warmup with cardio for 10 min, then do tour strength training followed by a cardio session with a cool down of about 5-10 minutes as wellHello, my name is Christopher and

I also do some cardio on the strenght training day - it is part of the warm up and I do a bit of intervalling. Cardio - Squats - cardio - lunges - cardio - plie squats and then I do weights - push-ups and abs for the rest.
