  • How long until you saw results?

    I was just wondering how long it took everyone to start seeing results from working out? And how often you work out?

    well, i did not work out and saw the weight loss slow down in the second week, so i guess it takes one week for workout results to show ?

      When I started Atkins in January 2002, I started a regular exercise program. I saw results from both within one week. Fast forward to today, nearly 6 1/2 years later and I can't even begin to tell you the difference Atkins and exercise has made in my life ! Those who lose weight without exercise are missing out BIG TIME ! You can lose the weight without exercise, but you'll totally reshape your body into a lean mean calorie burning machine with rigorous exercise. Not only that, you'll look YEARS younger and absolutely awesome nekkid

        I work out six days a week with Slim in 6 and I have sen fantastic results. I saw the very first rsults with in just one week. I agree with Betty, and I don't want to be a small chubby version of me! ahahahah

        I do want to add, after about 3 days, for me at least, something else takes over and I begin to get excited about exercising. I really start to feel strong, and the adrenaline you get after working out is remarkable.

          AGREED! Exercise is vital and is non-negotiable. No matter when you start seeing the results, start exercising now I have seen huge differences in my body since starting.
