    hahah anywho. I wanted to miss a day on the gym. So I did the 30min pilates for abs tape... that thing is a killer.

    And I wasnt in the mood to "play" DDR. so I muted it. Put it on Nonstop workout mode and put on my Fat Dance Hits CD and created on my dances...and as long as I kept my feet stepping on the arrows.. even with all the BOO's after the 45min it recorded my cal burn for me.

    Awesome. Fast dancing to 90's dance hits on the ddr pad equaled up to 500cals burned in 45min. woot.

    even saying pilates makes my tummy ache..

        goos for you right now any thing you do to move your body and burn cals is good exercise. later when you get smaller you may want to focus on deveopling specific muscles but if you are moving that is great for now and what the TDL challange is all about.

          The dance mats (boo's and all) are a great way for the novice excerciser to start. Especially as it doesnt feel like excercies half the time.

          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
