One year ago i had a dream, a dream where i can go to the beach and be able to take off my shirt to show off a six pack or be able to play strip poker( just kidding), so i started working out like crazy, even though i was getting bigger and stronger in couple months, i was still fat, i was still eating alot and i literally couldn't see any definition... so a month ago i had a dream where i can go to the beac...(u know the rest) so i started atkins, i'm not really fat, i probably had 20 pound extra, thanks to atkins i have lost some weight and now down to 195 stading at 5 10 height(consider that i have been working out for a year so i'm guessing some muscle mass in there) but still having seen any definition on chest and ab area even though there is only a little bit of fat, by the way i take 5 g of creating and 5 g of glutamine just before my daily workouts, so i was wondering if i'm losing muscle mass with the fat, is that possible, i don't wanna turn skinny, i still wanna stay big with no fat... is that possible???
(here's my diet too: 2 eggs with some cheese, cucumbers and tomato(around at 6), usually a piece of chicken (usually 2 thighs) or occasionaly some veggies just before workout (around at 12), whatever my mom decides to cook maybe chicken maybe meat with some salad (usually 1 small plate full of whatever was cooked and usually with some mayo(at 4 oclock) and finally sometimes half of plate of whatever i ate earlier around 9)... i don't have any details on what i eat but basically that what iit is
