          Re: for the record.....

          wow congrats!!!

I got my nephew the thing on TV called perfectpushups(.com) he loves it for doing pushups.

Also did you know that there is variations on pushups?
Youtube has some vids on this :
          YouTube - NEW Pushup Variations

I know of a few others but cant find the links ... basically there is one where you keep one hand by your waste and the other one by your head and push up ... if you can ... on each pushup switch the hands so that the other hand is by the rib and the other is by the head ... switching each time. Also alternate between hands being close together ( more triceps ) and hands being farther apart ( chest ) and hands below sholders ( balanced ).

Pushups, pullups and situps are great exercises especially when you are losing weight ... because you get better at them as the weight comes off.

Keep up the good work and keep us posted.

            Re: for the record.....

yeah.....i have that exact video saved to my favorites on youtube. i have perfect push-up too.....my wife purchased it for me for xmas some people can even push their entire body up.....arching their back somewhat with hands near the waist.....and their feet dont even touch the floor!! i haven't been there yet LOL.

and even people that do pull-ups and clap their hands above the pull-up bar....explosive pull-ups. but i cant do those either...maybe if i can lose like 80lbs.....then, anything is possible

Edit because i found one of the videos from youtube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=rghpvUUy7bA&feature=related
