I am sure this has been asked a million ways to sunday. Yes I am one of those people trying to figure out how to balance cardio and strength workouts. I PROMISE I'm not asking which is better to do first
But does anyone know of any benefits to doing one in the morning and one at night? I run 4 days a week and do P90 6 days a week and have a hard time getting them both done in the AM and at night I'm tired. Now I can run in my sleep but I may bonk myself with a weight when I keel over snoring.
