I did it. The 3rd day in a row I went to the gym. I think I could actually get addicted to this. I really do like it, ecspecially after I am FINISHED. I started out at 20 mins on the elliptical trainer at a resistance of 6 (if anyone understands what I am talking about) and today (my 3rd day) I did the elliptical for 30 mins at a resistance of 6. I am also working with the weights after the elliptical trainer. Mostly have just worked my upper body (that is where my most troubled areas are etc...arms, chest, back, and most of all my stomach (gut) areas. I only signed up for the 60 sessions per year plan, but I think I may need to up that if things keep going like they are.
