  • my excersize for 7-11

    I'm fortunate enough to live in a small town, and right now, we live close to work. It is a 10 minute walk, to and from. I know that's broken up in 2 chunks--acceptable? If not, I'll walk around for an extra 10 minutes before opening.

    I normally exercise a lot, but we're actually closing on a house on 7-15, so my "exercise" has been packing, walking up and down stairs, etc. Our new house is 4 miles away from our business, so I'm going to walk it everyday, (one way--hubby can drive me home), then jog it, etc., etc. That's the plan!

    I didn't mean 10 minutes total, I meant 20 minutes total, 10 each way!

      You are asking about the 20/24 challenge? Maybe better to ask in that thread. As I understand it you have to do the 20 minutes without a break.
      Walking is my favourite exercise too.

          I did it! 20 continuous minutes of walking before work. I took a "long way". It was great
