    I need some new music ideas, so I thought we could start a playlist thread.......(is there already one? did I miss it?) I have different stuff for my cardio vs. my weight training, but I'll start this list with my She-Power Lifting music

    WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!!!!! I have pretty eclectic taste so mine won't be too popular but when I get a few min I will post one! Can't wait to see what everyone is shedding the lbs to!
