    Exercise Video...any sound familar?

    I ordered 3 videos last week (received today).

    They are -

    Prevention - The Abs Advantage with Chris Freytag
    Perfect Abs in Just minutes a day
    Self - Trim and Ton Fast


    I plan on checking them out tonight but wondered if anyone have done them.

    Sorry, Debbie, I haven't seen or heard of them. They seem like target area exercises that would be really beneficial. Hope you like 'em!

      They are kicking my butt! I am so sore today, it hurts to cough. But it is a good sore.

      That better be contributing to my not losing this week
