    I am so out of shape, this is bad!! I get sore from the slightest physical activity nowadays. I used to be in great shape. I need to build it back up slowly. What is the best way to start building strength in your legs? Theyre my biggest worry at the moment, then its my arms and then my stomach. I already know about squats, what other things can i do?

    Lunges. I hate them but I do them.
    Walking and biking would be good things too.
    Just take it slow and you'll get there.
