Its hard to estimate how many carbohydrates you burn because of the fact that your body will not always use the carb for energy first. It may target other things for fuel.
If you want to try and figure it out use this formula, although keep in mind this is not at all accurate as you cannot determine if your body is burning those carbohydrates for fuel first.

do your cardio workout (treadmill) first thing in the morning (before you eat anything) and you WILL burn more fat.
Also, the amount of carbs you burn depends on many things, I would just focus on doing cardio a minimum of 3 days per week for 30-45 minutes each of those 3 days.
