  • Exercise for for huge arms?!?

I've been working out for more than a month now, and I really feel great! I think exercising gives me this energy/stamina to go through the day. My thighs and tummy are getting tight but again I'm still not that happy with my arms. The last time I weighed healthy, (125lbs) 2 yrs ago, I had also the same problem. It was not just proportional with my body, though my family noticed that it's smaller than before. I do dumbell raises, arm kickbacks, arm push ups, dumbell curls, arm pull downs, regularly, 20 reps x 3 sets.

What else can I do to tone my arms aside form these? Need your help exercise buffs!

My arms used to be huge and I used lighter weights with more reps. No disrespect to the previous poster but heavier weights will work on building muscle, hence the appearance of bigger arms.
Avon sells these things from curves -thermal arm trimmers-

I bought them on a whim and I'm not even lying when I say that they seem to have helped me tremendously. I have pics to back up my claim.
I wish you the best because I know I hated wearing short sleeves, tanks, and forget about sleeveless tops. Now I confidently wear what I want.
