    How do you start getting into running?
    I don't know how to put this question,
    I would love to be able to do a 90 minute run/jog in the morning, how do I start building up to that?

    Have you heard of C25K (Couch to five kilometers). I did it and several ADBBers are working on it

      I totally agree to start with the Couch to 5k program. Its a slow, progressive plan that will get you into running without risking injury from attempting too much too soon. It truly does work !

      Good luck with your running; its truly addictive !
