Just wanted to know if anyone has had the same experience, and if they have how has it effected their weight loss.
I started Atkins 9/18 and by 9/27 I was down about 7 pounds!! On the 26th I joined a gym and the personal trainer has me doing about 35 minutes of lifting three times per week, and cardio five days a week. I have worked out every day since 9/26 and have lost that "I could forget the eat a meal" state that I had prior to the gym. I am not weighing in until 10/3 because that is my next weigh in day.
I was wondering if I should be worried about the increase in hunger, I'm keeping my carbs under 20 per day. Has anyone had this experience? And how has it gone for you?
