    hey people :hug
    well since i have started this woe i have not done much exercise but i still managed to lose 7lbs in the first two weeks. im now into my 3rd week of induction and i hardly do any exercise, pure and simple because i have no time whatso ever! i know some of you may say this is not an excuse but i really dont! lol i have 6th from 9am-2/3pm monday-thursday and then i work 5-9pm monday-friday.

    i was just wondering cuz i sometimes walk home from work which usually takes around 40-50 minutes if this is a suffice amount of exercise per day?
    i could always pick up the pace abit and do a bit of brisk walking home but i just wanted some advice on this ...

    the length of time is great and yes if you can pick up the pace to get you heart in your target range that would make it count as your aerobic exercise and then you will just need to fine a way to incorporate some resistance training in there too.
