The last two weeks something got all messed up. Massive cravings and a three pound weight gain followed. I think this happened because for about two months, I forgot the basics and started trading my veggie carbs with other carbs until my cravings got triggered and I started to eat more carbs since I was still losing. Luckily, I track my weight daily with moving averages and managed to get it back under control, but I am fighting problems behind me knee. I'm starting to wonder if my knee inflammation is carb related. Do people get joint issues when they go over certain carb levels?
