My exercise of choice is practicing several martial arts.
My main art is PaSaRyu Taekwondo - it's a hybrid form of karate, taekwondo and a bit of kung-fu (for the showboating, I think
).
My secondary art is Modern Arnis, which is basically Filipino stick fighting (like Kali or Escrima). Along with Arnis I practice a little kyusho (pressure point self defense).
I go to class five times a week, and the first half of class is always hard-core stretching and calesthenics.
