I know it is recommended to do at 30 minutes of exercise each day. I am wondering is it okay if I break up my walking into 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at lunch? If I can walk longer I will, but I am so busy I think it will be easier to break it up and fit it in every day this way.

I've read that it all adds up, whether you do it in increments or all at once. Guess whatever is most convenient for you is what's best!
