Hello everyone,
I am another new one and i am ready to shed these pounds away. Although i know i will need the excerise, i just dont know how much excerise i need or how many times a week.
I started dancing salsa yesterday. I have a stair climbing machine, a stationary bike, and a resistance band. Now all i need is guidance, a plan.
i have at least 3 hours a day. Some one please help me with a plan!!!
