Just how long (minutes) and how many days do you exercise a week?
I am doing this kick-butt DVD (30-day Shred with Jillian Michaels from "The Biggest Loser") and also doing high/low impact aerobics for 45 min 3x/week.
Is this enough?
The DVD is a 20 minute workout- and it kick my BUTT.

I don't know about your toning classes but I find the ones around here a bit wimpy. They kind of work more on doing this fast and getting a heart rate than the strength part of it. Not for me.
