Just curious if anyone on here uses a trainer on their bike indoors for the winter. Did you use it while you were on induction? I have Cycleops trainer that I put on my Specialized MB. I have the Spinervals workout dvd so I just pop that in my dvd player and use that as my workout. Really intense!
