As a mother of 2 little ones with a fulltime Job and a husband to attend, it gets kind of hard for me to excersise even at home anymore.
So i was looking into joining Curves because of the 90 minute workout in 30 minutes that they advertise.
I was just wondering if anyone has tried it before, or knows of anyone whos has. it seems so simple and hard to believe that you can actually get good results with 3 days a week with a 30 minute workout.
I wonder if its enough....anyone has any info please let me know thanks!!
