Hi all,
I have decided to dedicate myself to doing Power 90 for the next 90 days Day 1 tomorrow Monday. I am going to do it in the morning before i get ready for work.
In addition to this, i am going to do the HIIT eliptical for 30 minutes 4x per week.
I had done this before but didn't finish the 90 days, even the little bit i did do showed results. After 90 days, i will reevaluate and see how things can be improved or taken to another level.

or anything else you want to do for 90 days. This isn't a challenge thread just more of a 90 days of checking in for me to do to keep me on track and let people know what its like.
