I started Slim in Six 2 days ago, and boy am I sore. I didn't expect to be so sore from the first workout. I thought it wouldn't be so difficult because I had already worked myself up to the WATP 4 mile tape 5 days a week, and I did the exercise ball a couple of days a week.... But man, all those squats are a killer. I could hardly walk yesterday, and didn't even do the workout. I am determined to get it done today....any suggestions?? anybody else get so sore when they started???
