Ok so....in the past when I've lost weight I always loose it in the wrong areas. So I understand that cardio will help me get the fat off, but my belly is a pop belly, then the fact that I have a small chest doesn't help!!
So when I loose wieght i still look pregnant. It may get smaller but it will still be popped.
Any how i guess my question to all of you would be, how can i stress that belly to go down further. Any excersises in particular to get that tummy down???
