    has anyone tried anyone of these in conjunction with Atkins diet?

    Wow I was wondering the same thing... I had a GF that bought one of the programs I can't remeber if it was OXCY-FLEX or BODY-FLEX and she was doing really good , losing lots of inches, but soon fell off the wagaon and quit and gained back. Imagine that!!!

      Oxycise and Bodyflex are both good . I did both of them for a week some months back and lost 11inches. I was just wandering if anybody else did it here.

        Wow thats amazing. So whats the secret? How come the programs are so expensive? Could I just do deep breathing while concentrating on my problem ares? I've been curious, just didn't want to fork over the money for another program that I won't do or that doesn't work...

          I have not idea why its so expensive . I got mine from ebay secondhand. they have loads on usa ebay too . What you could do is get the book or video from your local library and see how it works for you . I intend to start my a week challenge using them both pretty soon. So let me know if you manage to get either from the library which should be free right.

            it isn't just a deep breathing system you have4 to do an aerobic work out while doing that deep breathing too. SAny exercise program that you will do and keep doing can be used as the exercise part of your Atkins program.

              Thats right 2big4mysize i am used to bodyflex and have combined some stretching exercise but, i am not so used to oxycise to be able to do that . Many people mix callanetics with the breathing.

                Thanks I'll look at my library Wednesday when I return my books, but it's a small town and the selection is not that great. I will definitely check prices on E-bay too. Keep me posted regarding your sucess, Ebony.
