    right now i'm using Pilates a few times a week, but i'm not sure if it's helping me. what vids are u guys using and what kinds of results are you recieving from them?

    Hi There currently i am using bodyflex which is really a breathing exercise that promotes inchloss . I am however going to add Callanetics and Taebo for cardio and extra toning . I have tried them both in the past and have been amazed how fit i became within a short space of time.

        In addition to daily 30-45 minutes of cardio, I am using 8 minute abs (approx 300 ab crunches per session) and 8 minute buns (with 5lb leg weights) videos 3x week and seeing great results.

        Recently I added an arms video, Men of steel, which I use with weights 2x week. It's 35 minutes long, excluding cool down.
