Just so you know - Bowflex has a model exclusive to Costco for much cheaper than there other models (it's called the Elite) and there's a $150 off coupon in their coupon book right now.

          expensive

I looked into bowflex, but it was a whopping $1500.

I went out and spent #350 at Sears and got a great home gym.

Now I have discovered the exercise ball. For just $20-35 you can do almost every exercise that you want with just the ball and maybe a few dumbells. Amazing.

Since you have the bowflex, enjoy, but for those of you who are jealous, don't be. besides, that is good for toning or buscle building. Most people need to start of by focusing on just cardio workouts.

OMG, I LOVE my bowflex!! I have seen such great results in a reasonably short amount of time. I know you'll enjoy it! Good luck with it! It is awesome.
