Today I went to the gym and my ellipticals were all in use :anger so instead I just went ahead and did 30 mins on the treadmill. I sure didn't feel like I got as good of a workout on the treadmill as I feel I get off the elliptical. After my 30 min fast paced walk I did do 10 mins on the elliptical (when usually I do a 30 min elliptical ride). What do you guys think?? Do you get a better workout on the treadmill?? or the elliptical?? I also have found that I have turned into an excersize freak. My husband thinks I have taken it almost to the point of being considered "overboard". What does he know anyways. He sure likes the results, expecially in the bedroom, so I am not quite sure what and why he is complaining so much.

I am an exercise freak LOL. I'm not worried about it it's all good. I had an Elliptical trainer and I just didn't like it at all. I ahve a treadmill now and I love to jog. I don't feel like I did anything when I walk but, when I Jog oh man it's awesome. It's all personal preference though. One person likes one thing while someone elese likes another. Do something you like and you're more likely to stick with it.

RUNNING FREAK HERE!! I absolutely love it. It burns calories, reduces stress, helps me sleep .. gives me tons of energy .. and helps me maintain my weight loss easily .. :nod
I also do weights and some pilates just for variation .. there's nothing like a great workout!!
