I'm considering getting a bosu ball for several reasons. One is to try to hit more muscle groups with each exercise I do. With limited time options- I thought a bosu would effectively help me get the most I can out of my core exercises and some strength training.
Does anyone have any advice as to brands of bosu balls, what to look for, do you use yours? etc....
