I wasn't going to work out this morning as I was a little sore from yesterday, and drank a large mug of decaf with cream. Then I decided to work out - and it was fine.
I usually work out in the morning, so I have an empty stomach - the thought of food makes me a little naseous. Does anyone drink cofffee before they work out? Or what do you eat? And does it affect your progress?
