Hi, i just wanted to get everyone's opinion on the way ive been working out. i have depression and sometimes for weeks or months i will just stay EXHAUSTED and have no stamina at all. So whereas i was trying to power walk/run 2 miles 3 or 4 times a week and then doing some weight lifting a few times a week along with crunches.
but lately ive had one of my tired spells and i cant do anything for long periods. so today i did 10 minutes on the treadmill,then later i did 150 rows on the rowing maching and then this evening i did another 125 rows.
do you think this is good enough? small workouts several times a day? thanks for your advise!
