I have had success with The FIRM, when I do it! They are great workouts, but tough. I have The TransFIRMer workout series. Started up again this morning. YAY! Just wondering if I had any FIRM buddies out there?
Sorry I am not be a buddy either. I tried it once and it was tough. I think I am in better shape now maybe I should try it again. Good work on getting through it.
