    walk away the pounds

    anyone have/try these videos? decided to do the 3 mile video yesterday to switch it up. holy gosh my thighs were burning like whoa. i think i still like going outside for a walk best, but it was just something to try. anyone else have something to say about walk away the pounds videos? ensive
    Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
    Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
    Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
    New Goal Weight: 135

    I use them whenever the weather is too awful to go out for an outdoor walk. I like them.

    She has a 4 mile walk too that doesn't use weights or other equipment. But I add in a set of light hand weights whenever I do this tape.

      I love the WATP videos. I have them all.. started with the 1 mile, then worked my way up to the 2, 3, and 4 mile tape.. I agree that the 4 mile tape needs the addition of some weights though, but I like the long workout.
