    Hey all not sure where was the best place to post but just wanted to pop in and say i cant believe ive made the change Im doing Exercise!!!
    I started Induction Monday and started working out too firstly i did 15mins on the elliptical (about 2.4kms i got in) and was pooped also did some post pregnancy tummy tightening exercies and crunches and bits today (tuesday) I totally rocked it i did 30 mins on ellipitical (8.2kms !!go me) also more floor work all in all 60 mins exercise for tuesday (not including the 2hr walking pushing a pushchair around!) and does pushing around a shopping trolley(cart) count -i guess anything does if it gets your heart rate up right?

    That's great. I've never in my life exercised as consistently as I have the last 3 months...and it shows Keep it up - it's well worth it!

    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

      You go girl!
      Every little counts in my book, after a few weeks of exercise you will see a difference. Not only that, you will feel better, and sleep better (when your not being woken up to feed baby) and you will have more energy!

        another 5kms today and 30mins floor work(crunches/leg lifts/squats etc type of thing) feeling good for someone who hasnt done much for at least the past 18months
