    Has anyone ever done belly dancing as their fitness routine? It feels like an awesome work out and I definitely work up a sweat, is this a good choice, I need some reassurance!! Thanks!!

      No, no class just me & a video I got from Amazon called The Belly Dance Rhythms Workout. It has a beginner & an intermediate level, I am in the beginner level and its 30 minutes of belly shakin fun! i can't imagine embarrassing myself in a class lol!

        136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)
