  • So i thought I was going to pass out...

I started my induction last Wednesday, and had no issues working out wed, thurs, or fri. On saturday when I went to the gym!!! I COULD NOT do my regular work out... my body was not having any of it.

I was doing week 4 of C25K... and I literally could not finish 15 minutes. I couldn't even hop on the elliptical... it was very strange.

Well, I went back to today (I took 2 days off) and kicked myself back to week 3 of C25K.. .and I was perfectly fine. I even did my normal weights routine and 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Is that normal? I figured it was something to do with my body adjusting to induction, but I wasn't totally sure... Wanted to check it out ;-)

    Thanks!

Yes - there is a point where we change to ketosis burning and we may be a little weak then. I just stayed in bed and read myself
Way to work the C25K - I did that last year and loved it.

How are you doing now? I am betting you are past the weak point and doing fine.
