I've read that the recommended exercise is to do 30 minutes of exercise where your heart rate is in your target zone for about 4 days a week to get optimum benefit. I was wondering if the 30 minutes has to be consecutive?
For example some days I don't feel like doing the whole 30 minutes, or something comes up during exercise.... Could I come back later in the day and pick up where I left off?
