Surely there must come a point where you build up enough muscle/increase your metabolism that you finally see a decrease on the scales? (if you're like me and you have a TON and a half of weight to lose)
I've heard it referred to as a "whoosh". Can anybody confirm or deny? I'm very interested as I've just started a dumbbell program and hope to stack on that lean muscle. TIA
