    friday : karate
saturday : weights session : barbell squats ,deadlifts, bench press, lat pull downs, flys and maybe a short run or walk at the end
    sunday :rest day
, apart from the last couple of days ive been feeling pretty good really this last week ive felt a little tired but today im starting to get a spring back in my step

Cannot believe that someone on this board told you not to exercise. Dr. Atkins says exercise is non negotiable. And that is what we stick with.
You are sure doing lost of stuff. And glad your energy is coming back. It usually take the body a bit of time to get really effective with ketones but ones it is - there is not problem.
I think that if you really enjoy what you are doing. Keep it up. It looks very good to me. It is more cardio that strength at the moment. And that is great. If you are looking for a muscular body-more body builder like body - rather than a think lean (but still muscular) body you would work on more lifting. But what are doing will sure get you into shape and make you look good!!!
Make sure you follow through with your foods too. The food is the most important part of getting leaner.
