After losing 60 pounds my body has settled now on 175lbs. I've been allowing a very small amount of cheat food up till now but it seems that I'll have to go very strict to continue from here on out.
I'm interested to know what is THE keto-based diet that will continue burning the fat to allow me to see abs.
So far the basics are:
Meats
Eggs
Cheese
Water
I hear baby spinach is good, I'm going to try that. Along with an amount of vegetables and or salad.
I heard almonds are pretty good.
Is there a food or a website I should check out that outlines a diet that is strictly for abs?
My only goal at this point is to lose the remaining belly fat to allow the ab muscle to show.
