im day 21 induction and im now feeling good again exercise wise i was feeling a bit tired but that has past , what i wanted to know ive been invited out for a mountain bike ride with some mates , it will be roughly about 40 miles plus (64km) and its is cross country a lot of uphill and some downhill( the good bit) but im slightly worried about it they all feed up on carbs the night before take carb drinks with them etc ,what can i take with me incase i start to flag just worried that the extreme exercise will take it out of me as im eating very low carbs ,my fitness is quite high id say as ive been training mainly cardio for a while now .i just didnt want to get out there and start to feel week in the middle of nowhere as we will probally be out for most of the day

the last hill and it wasnt that steep either my thigh started to get strong cramps ,dont think it is down to my diet though as i got lower leg cramps wek 1 induction then started taking the recuired supplements and they stopped ,i expect is was just the ride and to add to my joy im now 102kg so HAPPY DAYS
