  • My first post in this forum (I think)

I need to start posting my exercise, because that is where I am sorely lacking.

I notice we have some runners here. For me running is the absolute best weight loss exercise and I need to do more of it.

I ran outside tonight for the first time since the fall (autumn, no I didn't hurt myself). So I dragged my 296 pound butt 2.6 miles in 27:43, which is almost 2 minutes better than my split from my last 5 mile in the fall.

I am going to try to run 3-4 time a week with at least one being a 5 miler.

Hopefully I'll get my wind back soon, so I can actually run the whole distance without any walking, that should shave some serious time off.

I look forward to posting in this forum more often.
    Jim

Sounds like a plan, Jim! Great time of year to start a running program, too. This is my favorite forum--keep us posted on how you progress!
