  • Eating Pre- and Post Gym (Induction Phase)

I've been trying to read some threads before I posted, but alot say peanut butter -
but, since I'm on Day 5 of Induction, doesn't apply.

I need to hit the gym at 5:30 a.m. (time management) - before Atkins, i wouldn't eat b4 the gym, but I can't do that know... I'm SO hungry when i get up - i have to eat something.

What would you suggest? Is there something I can drink rather than eat (besides water, which i drink the entire time at gym). And then do I eat immediately after workout - i usually wouldn't eat until i was in work - 3 hours later.

    THanks for all your help.

Are you having fun yet. It is important to have fun on Atkins

So how much exercise do you do? I don't eat right before exercise if I did it would not be good. If I have time I may have an egg. It is what I had today. When you get on rung two and three cottage cheese and peanut butter may work.
