hi guys. i have been working out my abs by doing tae-bo and using a ball to do crunches(100) but i feel the burn mosly in my upper abs. i just had a baby 11 1/2 wks ago and whiel i was preg i gained 60 lbs so as u can imagine my abs need some serious work! especially lower abs any suggestions???

Technically the abs are one muscle, there is no set upper and lower abs. However ttdriver is correct reverse crunches or thrusts will be your best bet if you want to give it a shot. I personally do full body crunches you can do what some people refer to as a "V-Crunch" where you bring your legs straight out and up, than your upper body foward to touch your hands to where your feet are forming a V shape.A.K.A: 64oz
